This Privacy Policy explains how Love Your Neighbor LLC, doing business as LeadKitter (“LeadKitter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use leadkitter.com and the products and services we provide (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you use LeadKitter, you give us the details needed to generate your product — such as your topic, brand or business name, niche, target audience, tone and voice preferences, website, content style, anything you’d like us to avoid, and your cover style. You also provide your email address so we can deliver your finished files and communicate with you about your order.

Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number or payment credentials; Stripe handles that information directly under its own privacy practices.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our providers may automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and how you interact with our pages. We use cookies and similar technologies for this (see “Cookies and tracking” below).

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• generate, produce, and deliver your lead magnet and premium eBook;
• process your payment and confirm your order;
• send you transactional and support communications, including your finished files;
• respond to your questions through our live chat and email support;
• protect the Service from spam, fraud, and abuse; and
• measure, maintain, and improve the Service, including our advertising.

Service providers we share information with

We share information only with the providers that help us operate the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — delivery of your files and transactional email.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measurement and advertising.
• Google reCAPTCHA — spam and abuse prevention on our forms.
• Tawk.to — live chat support.
• Google (Sheets and Drive) — secure backend processing and storage of order data used to produce and deliver your products.

These providers process information on our behalf, and some may process or store data in the United States or other countries. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

We and the providers above may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies — for example, the Meta Pixel, Google reCAPTCHA, and Tawk.to. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the Service may not work properly without them.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Service, deliver and support your order, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
